After dedicating over 20 years to the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) industry, working across various sectors and with a range of EAM systems, Indy Sehra began a new venture by establishing City of Assets in September 2023.
With a mission to give back and support the Asset Management community, City of Assets is a boutique vendor-agnostic and unbiased asset management practice. The primary focus of the company is to serve asset-intensive industries.
The company's goal is simple: to assist organizations in enhancing their asset management practices and bridging the gap between their current and desired state. Given the significant infrastructure backlog amounting to trillions of dollars worldwide, a robust asset management practice is crucial. City of Assets aims to contribute to long-term positive change and play a role in shaping the future of our cities and communities, while also ensuring intergenerational equity for future generations.
