Karen is the Strategic Asset Systems Coordinator at Mildura Rural City Council, with nearly 18 years of experience in local government across two tenures. A CPA with a background in accounting and asset management. Karen’s career has evolved from asset accounting into project management and now into strategic asset management, where she has truly found her professional passion. Karen is focused on improving asset management practices within Council and embedding them into how services are planned and delivered. She is committed to ensuring that asset management becomes a key enabler of long-term, sustainable outcomes for the community.
